Real-life experience that counts towards your degree! You may complete a three-credit Assessment of Prior Learning (APL) course, in which you can gain as many as 30 credits toward your degree by demonstrating understanding and experience gained in your Montessori teaching careers. This seminar course is structured with activities and a careful examination of learning acquired from professional and personal experiences.  Students are guided in the completion of a portfolio documenting prior learning in anticipation of petitioning college credit for work and life learning. Career and educational goal setting are outcomes of this course.
