montessori integrative learning

Application Instructions

The admission application is fully online, culminating with a telephone admission interview. Generally speaking, most applicants begin the process by having an informal dialogue with a TIES Admissions Guide (Use form below to connect with admissions). This ensures that the adult learner’s educational aspirations are in alignment with the program context and process. It is also an opportunity to review all the details of enrollment, tuition, course structure, and much more.

The formal application is in two parts.

Part One

Part One gathers general information including educational history.

In addition to the online application, the following must be submitted by email (explore@ties-edu.org):

  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Undergraduate transcripts and graduate transcripts (if applicable)

Part Two

The Admissions Narrative is written answering a series of prompts and varies with the Program Options.

Program Options:

  • Montessori Emphasis Area for Practitioners
  • Montessori School Leadership
  • Joint Enrollment with Partnership Programs
  • Teaching and Learning with Children or Adolescents

Please complete Part 1 before proceeding to your narrative.

No testing is required (ie: GRE), however, international students may need transcript evaluations through a NACES agency or the TOEFL assessment. These processes take six weeks or more. Please contact us ASAP (explore@ties-edu.org) so that we may support you with this process.
